The Last of Us: Remastered Is Coming To PS4 *Update*

Update: Shuhei Yoshida has tweeted a message from Sony’s PR team confirming the game’s existence and promising more details. We will offer an update as soon as we learn of them.

Original Story:

It looks like Naughty Dog’s PS3 masterpiece is coming to the PS4 after all. A banner ad for The Last of Us: Remastered has been spotted on Sony’s online store. It claims the game is available for pre-order though as of now, though it may be a premature listing as clicking the link results in a page not found error.

You can pre-order now! Just not this second.

Just last month a European PlayStation rep had a PS4 version of The Last of Us was set for a summer release and would include all of the game’s DLC. So it’s pretty safe to say that is when the ‘Remastered’ edition will drop.

The Last of Us launched last June and went on to sell 6 million copies as of March as well earned over 200 well deserved Game of the Year awards. If you missed out on the PS3 version last year and own a PS4, then do yourself a favor and put this gem in your wishlist.

The Last of Us: Remastered will launch on PS4 sometime this year for $60
