Batman: Arkham Origins Gets New Multiplayer Mode and Double Credits Weekend

An all new mode was made available for Batman: Arkham Origins multiplayer yesterday. Titled “Hunter, Hunted“, this new 3v3v1 mode has three Joker thugs, three Bane thugs and the dark knight himself, face off against each other. There are no respawns, so the last team standing wins.

To celebrate the inclusion of this new mode, Warner Bros. has kicked off a Double Credits weekend event. Any match that is played from 2 p.m. PST on Friday the 13th to 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday December 16th will receive double Arkham Credits to spend on Cobblepot Crates. Additionally anyone who has played a match by 1 p.m. on the 15th will earn bonus 30,000 credits. So get online asap if you want to earn some extra credits. For those of you still on the fence about purchasing Batman’s latest adventure, our very own DJ Killzown Jones reviewed it and scored it an 8/10.

The new “Hunter, Hunted” mode can be accessed by simply hopping into Batman: Arkham Origins* online multiplayer mode, no download required.

*This feature is only available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
