Every Call of Duty Ghosts Multiplayer Gameplay Video + Detail In ONE Place

Many people have kept on asking over and over again, “When are they going to change Call of Duty?” and while these changes may not be embraced by all universally, they are truly here. With Black Ops I and Black Ops II beginning to pave the way for a more balanced and polished experience, Infinity Ward has stepped up to deliver a completely refreshed, rebooted experience with Call of Duty: Ghosts. And we weren’t always fans of this game, don’t believe me? Just watch this video about how we called out MW3 when the rest of the media was saying it would change, and we were right, it never changed anything.

Call of Duty: Ghosts for Xbox ONE (and various other platforms) was revealed today in the multiplayer gameplay perspective. While many details and videos have been revealed for this title, which will see its DLC released first on Xbox ONE, you can find them all right here in one place. • Xbox 360 gameplay profiles will cross over to Xbox ONE. If you grab the game early on current-gen and/or are unable to get the next-gen console, you’ll be able to build your profile while waiting! This includes unlockables, classes, and more.
  • Ghosts introduces 30 new weapons including a new weapons class: Marksman rifles for those of us not exactly amazing at the sniper rifle but a decent enough aim to go beyond the assault rifle.
  • Balancing issues are solved by giving a budget for all of your items, similar to Black Ops II. No more infinitely unbalanced load-outs like Modern Warfare 1, 2, and 3 had. This is a more advanced system than BLOPS 2 though, each perk has weighted value and will take up a different amount of your budget.
  • New Perks Including: Juggernaut Maniac, Helio Scout, Vulture, Odin Strike, Riley the Guard Dog.
  • Jump roof to roof, mantle over objects, knee slide while sprinting, or crouching to prone, contextual leaning, are some of the new gameplay features that make movement more smooth.
  • ADSR-based Reverb System, Detailed Battle Chatter so you know exactly what’s going on even if the player doesn’t have a mic on, and Tactical Audio Design including Reactive Emitters.
  • Unlock the game’s many weapons and perks in any order you want.
  • Call of Duty: Ghosts introduces Cranked; a variant of TDM that grants faster movement, reload, and more for each kill you get within a timer (or risk exploding).
  • Search and Rescue which is like Search and Destroy but allows you to be revived or eliminated based on whether an enemy or ally grabs your dog tags.
  • Squads Game Mode sees you competing against other players’ squads which you have built. Put each of your ‘living loadouts’ to the test. This can be done co-op, single player, or multiplayer. Progress counts towards Multiplayer.
  • More of the other 7 new gameplay modes include: Octane, Infected, and more.
  • 20 new Killstreaks. More ground-based, in your face Killstreaks and less air-based, unbalanced ones. No More Deathstreaks, Objectives and Kills ONLY will be rewarded.
  • Hide your UAV, because now it’s ground-based and enemies can wipe it out if they find it. No more nearly unstoppable radar pings.
  • New Wave-Based 4 Player Co-Op Mode: “Safeguard” based on “Survival” from MW3.
  • Other Co-Op Modes: “Squads” including “Squad Vs Squad”, “Wargame”, “Squad Assault”.
  • Character customization includes over 20,000 possible combinations and for the first time ever Female Soldiers are in the game! I know a lot of woman gamers who will be excited for this.
  • Dynamic map changes beyond what is seen in currently “destructible” environment games were revealed. Examples include entire gas stations exploding.
  • Prestige no longer resets all of your weapons, the entire system has been overhauled. You now have 10 characters in a “squad” and will be able to reach 10 levels of prestige by ‘prestiging’ each one once.
  • Call of Duty ELITE Accounts on Tablet, Mobile, Web, consoles, and more. Mobile App allows deeper clan experience, and mobile meta-gameplay “Clan Wars” game.
  • Local Multiplayer is still supported.
  • Robust Clan Support including Clan Chat, Rally Up, all from mobile, console, or web.
  • Touch-based Emblem Editor for Clans.
  • Level up your clan in more ways than one. Any MP match you play with your clan levels up your Clan.
  • There are now Clan VS Clan playlists.
  • Each time your clan levels up there’s new unlockables.
  • Each time you get the first kill in a match, and retrieve the ‘Field Order’ briefcase from the person you killed, you’ll get a side-objective such as humiliating your opponents. If you can achieve it without dying you’ll be rewarded with a care package capable of giving you the edge, if you don’t pull it off somebody else can get the Field Order from your dead body and try to.
  • 60 Frames Per Second Graphics are still in the house on current gen systems.
  • Dual Render technology allows you to aim down the sights but still have peripheral vision to some extent.
  • Riley the guard dog will be in Multiplayer, not just single player. This companion character allows you to scout out and even attack other players remotely. He will also alert you of nearby enemies when you have him near you. (This is a Perk, not just all over the place for anyone at any time).
