Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition Finally Coming to Xbox One This October

Late last year, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition was released on Sony platforms (PS3, PS4 & PS Vita), PC and Xbox 360. The Xbox One version was nowhere to be found, with absolutely no explanation given as to why. Now almost a year later Warner Bros. has announced the popular fighting game will make its way to Xbox One consoles on October 7.

Why WB chose an October release when the month is already crowded with video games is beyond me but I digress. The game will be presented in full 1080p resolution, run at 60 frames per second and support Microsoft’s dedicated Xbox Live servers to provide the best online experience possible.

Injustice: Gods Among Us UE will include the full game and all of the DLC released for the vanilla (original) Injustice:

  • 30 New Skins
  • 6 New Characters: Zod, Zatanna, Batgirl, Lobo, Martian Manhunter and Scropion (Mortal Kombat series)
  • 60 New S.T.A.R. Lab Missions

The game will be priced at $29.99 for the retail copy and $30 for the digital version. You can view the official box art below.

Yesterday Director Zack Synder teased us fans with a small glimpse of the new Batmobile from his upcoming Batman vs. Superman movie. Now he has taken to twitter to not only reveal an even better look at the new vehicle but also a look at Batman’s (Ben Affleck) new suit. Check it out below.

A closer look at The Dark Knight and his kicka** ride.

So what do you think of the Dark Knight’s new look, personally it looks bada** in my opinion. The Batmobile looks fierce, my excitement for this movie continues to grow.

Watch The Son of Batman Trailer

‘Son of Batman’ is the next DC Universe animated feature and it is based on Grant Morrison’s story of Damian Wayne, the rebellious son of Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul. Apart from the voice of Damian (Stuart Allan) coming off as an annoying brat, this looks like yet another quality animated film from Warner Bros. Peep the first trailer below.

Son of Batman will release sometime this spring on Blu-ray, DVD and digital download after its WonderCon premier.

Tristans Twisted World: Injustice: Gods Among Us Demo Impressions

As we all know NetherRealm Studios is back and brings us there new DC fighting game. This time around it is taking a interactive tone with the maps you fight on. You can fight opponents by using a really similar combat system to other games NetherRealm has made but with a better flow system.

The flow depended on what characters I played as in the demo. For example when I played as Batman and Wonder Woman combat was much easier even on hard mode, but when I played as Lex Luther I noticed he was slower and the flow on hard mode and higher was harder. It does not ruin game play though since Lex did have stronger attacks. The final battle in the demo fighting  a character like Doomsday was a good step since I always have enjoyed a latter system.

Using the the environment to toss enemies around such as tossing them in front of a train seems to be cool but for me seems like they do not lose much health. It did not bother me but really seemed like just a long cut scene. The overall of this demo for me makes me excited to get my hands on this game.
