Gutting The Engine – Turn 10 Will Not Release Any DLC For The Xbox 360 Version of Forza Horizon 2

Today Turn 10 announced  that there will be no DLC released on the Xbox 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 and that any rewards gain in the game will not count towards their Forza Score on forzamotorsport.net and across the other titles. This may come as a shock to UK 360 owners who have purchased the game last week when in launched for both Xbox consoles in the region and it is viewed by 360 owners as a push to purchase an Xbox One and that system’s version of the game. In a similar fashion Evolution Studios has not released the PS Plus version of their racing game DrvieClub this week as originally planned and competing racing title The Crew has  pushed back its released date to December. Let us know in the comments what do you think about Turn 10’s move to cut the content from the Xbox 360 Version of FH2 and check to back to RGN for more news on all of this fall’s current and upcoming titles.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted Review

Many people will tell you that Need for Speed Most Wanted is one of the best Need for Speed games ever made. So you can imagine people’s reactions when Criterion Games announced they were going to release an updated re-imagined version of the game, me included. Let me just straighten something out now. I love Need for Speed, I played, finished and loved everything from Underground to Carbon, and I’ve even played games like Gran Turismo, Forza, and PGR and loved them too. So just take it from me when I say this. THIS GAME IS TERRIBLE. There’s no sugar coating it, it’s awful, and woeful and glitch-ridden.

So you’re probably wondering what makes it so bad, I mean, Most Wanted was an amazing game, how could they mess it up so badly? Well they managed too, they messed it up completely. But let’s start with the good stuff, the very little there is. I have to admit the game looks nice, the cars look realistic and the buildings and environment look highly detailed. Even the HUD elements look futuristic and space aged and suits the game’s look perfectly, even though the buildings to have this certain apocalyptic look to it. And pulling off awesome drifts around corners and overtaking 4 opponents is one of the best feelings ever. Umm. . . err. . . okay let’s go to the fun stuff, the bad parts!!

First of all, I have to bring this up. The plot. Okay, so the plot in the first game wasn’t exactly a masterpiece, but it introduced the setting and plot and most importantly a reason for wanting to defeat the blacklist, i.e. revenge. In the new game you just get plonked in a city and are told there are 10 racers who are better than everyone because they are 10 Most Wanted racers who constantly have to avoid the police. The police apparently being incapable of doing a simple check to find out where they live.

But here comes the best part. You can’t buy cars, the very first car you’re dumped into is a Porsche Carrera S and for those of you who know your cars, you’ll know it’s not exactly a barge. You change cars by simply finding another one with its logo above and hit one button and boom, car is yours to use at any time. This ties into the races, because, say if you want to do a race in your Audi instead of your Porsche. Fine, you switch to the Audi only to discover that the Audi has its own set of races to complete and you have to do that race in your Porsche.

Tristan’s Twisted World: Forza Motorsport 4 review

Forza Motorsport 4 the racing game that has set records and has been known for beautiful detail but just how good is it to a racer gamer?

Graphics: Slick cars looks real on the inside and out fells like im accutaly driving a car even though in real life I cant yet but this fells real.

Control: Being behind the wheel of a Ferrari going super fast trying not to wreck with the realistic driving as you go fast. or any other car in the game.

Sound: Forza sounds so real behind the wheel of the car and even in different views.

Customization: From fenders to paint jobs Forza as the ultimate workshop to create your own custom cars.

Carrer mode: It is pretty much the same to Forza 3 with a few more features but thats not a problem its a great way to race.

Multiplayer: Racing agiasnt people all over the world in the most realistic car game to date was my favorite part going head to head on the last lap stress getting to you and then….BOOM! You just barly win and prepare for next race.

Final Verdict: As the best racing game ive ever played in my life yet with just beautiful engine work thumbs up to Microsoft as this is there best game so far this year this a must buy for gamers you love racing and just a pure xbox 360 fan you need this and I fuled up Forza 4 with a 9 amazing racing game.
